Laurie brings a wealth of senior executive search experience to the Barracuda team. Prior to joining Barracuda, Laurie was with a leading Global Search Firm as a member of their Global Retail / Consumer Markets Practice. Her recruiting expertise reaches across Europe, the Asia-Pacific region and the United States. She has successfully conducted top level searches in general and functional management including human resources, finance, marketing, sales, strategy and business development, legal and procurement.
Laurie has worked with UK and US retail and consumer companies in the UK and Europe, particularly in environments facing fast roll-out or major cultural change. Prior to moving to London in 2000, she was a member of the same Global Search Firm’s Hong Kong office, covering the Greater China and ASEAN markets. She also served as Vice President/Associate for a boutique executive search firm whose clients ranged from start-up to Fortune 500 companies.
